When the world turns upside down, sitting upright helps orient us to what matters and what works.
Sitting with others is a practice that connects us to our most sane and complete selves.
Please come and join with us in refuge and investigation,
for ourselves and for all beings.
The schedule is 9 to 2 PM. Arrive early to get settled, and bring a bag lunch, if you prefer. Chairs, zafus & benches are available. RSVP Please.
